An intentionally designed employee experience is the foundation of any great customer experience
There is a lot of talk in the product about the need for organisational viability, technical feasibility and customer desirability solutions, but not enough talk about the role of employee wellbeing, belonging, development and engagement in delivering product, or how these impact their ability to engage in and produce quality outcomes.
I'm enthusiastic about working with ambitious people who want to disrupt the traditional world of HR and design great employee experiences.
